Girls' Trip - Memorial Day 2018
It started in 2008 when Michele, Melisa, Shirley, Martha and I went to Santa Fe for a girls' weekend before Mike and I got married. 5 years later, we had a reunion in New York City. This time, we met up in Sedona. Michele and I flew to Phoenix on the Friday before Memorial day, and picked up Ayca who came from Chicago before heading up for the 2 hour drive to Sedona. We stopped at Arcosanti, a 1970's commune, along the way.
On Sunday, we had a van and driver reserved to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon, which was on Native American territory. Our pickup was at 7am and we didn't get back until 6pm. It was hot out and very crowded. but so spectacular! It was great to get away for a few days and we got a lot in! Our hotel. the Orchard Inn had a lovely view...
