Nobu Los Cabos

When living on the East Coast, Cancun was a place I ran to frequently and I’ve been looking for a similar getaway from LA. Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos fits the bill. So when I saw that Chef Nobu had opened a hotel there a few months ago, AND there was a buy 2 nights, get 1 promotion, I booked a 4 day trip to go over Labor Day 2019. Rarely has the dining and stay experience been so so exceptional. Plus as an added bonus, Mike got to wear shorts to a 5-star dinner. The $8 pork belly and octopus tacos at the pool bar fit the bill after the trip there, but the highlight was really the omikase dinner at Nobu. We also enjoyed breakfasts at Malibu Farms. The hotel sources its seafood locally and the organic greens are grown on-site. We will be back!
